We participate in some insurance plans, and we will do all the paperwork for you, whether we are in-network or not. However, patients are responsible for paying their portion of fees (what insurance will not cover) at the time of service. Please bring your insurance paperwork with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any balance remaining after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility; we will send you a statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Parkway Family Dental has an in-house savings plan for our patients. You can enroll in minutes and use the savings right away. Many of our patients who don’t have insurance will take advantage of this alternative payment method.
Our in-house program is an annual reduced-fee savings plan that allows families and individuals to receive quality dental services at reduced prices. Unlike traditional insurance plans, there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and waiting periods to begin treatment. The benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration.
Benefits begin immediately. You, your spouse, and your dependents are eligible. Members must remain in the plan for a minimum of 12 months.
- Two Free simple teeth cleanings (deep cleanings are not considered as simple)

- $25.00 emergency exams
All payments are made directly to the dental office, and the amount is due at the time of service. Our office must approve any payment plans before future appointments.
