We participate in some insurance plans and we will do all the paperwork for you, whether we are in-network or not. However, patients are responsible for paying their portion of fees (what insurance will not cover) at the time of service. Please bring your insurance paperwork with you so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any balance remaining after your insurance has paid is your responsibility; we will send you a statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Parkway Family Dental has an in-house savings plan for our patients. Many of our patients who don’t have insurance take advantage of this alternative method of payment. You can enroll in minutes and use the plan right away.
Our in-house program is an annual reduced-fee savings plan that allows family and individuals to receive quality dental services at reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. The benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration.
You, your spouse, and dependents are eligible. Benefits begin immediately. Members must remain in the plan for a minimum of 12 months.

All payments are made directly to the dental office. As treatment is performed payments are made at each appointment. All future payments and costs should be discussed before future appointments.
