Payment & Insurance
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost, so we require payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Patients are responsible for paying all fees for services rendered. If you have dental insurance, and we are in network with your company, then you are responsible for your portion of the treatment. We do ask our patients to be considerate if they cannot make the dental appointment that they choose. Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. This will give other patients who are waiting for an appointment, time to arrange a visit. Failure to give a proper notice of a cancellation within the respected time frame will result in a $45.00 dollar fee.

If you do not have insurance, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
While we believe that your oral health should never be dictated by an insurance company, we also understand that the cost of dentistry plays a significant role in your decision to accept treatment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all PPO insurance claims on your behalf. We also are in- network with many insurance companies. Accepting an insurance and participating in an insurance are two different things. Regardless of our participation, we will do everything in our power to acquire funds from the insurance company in order to offset the expense of your dental treatment. Please bring all insurance paperwork with you so that we can expedite any reimbursement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
Parkway Family In House Savings Plan
PFIH is an in-house savings plan for our patients offered only by Parkway Family Dental. Many of our patients who do not have dental insurance take advantage of this alternative method of payment. You can enroll in minutes and use the plan right away.
